NewsBreak originated in a publication I used to put out called Chowder Magazine. Taking up the second page of each issue, NewsBreak brought readers ficticious articles that were usually inspired around an existing photograph. They usually had something to do with current *real* news items.
Chowder Magazine debuted in April 2001, and ran through late May of that year. It picked up again in April 2002, and ran until December, where it died.
Now, CHOWDER is dead, but NewsBreak is too cool to stay dead! It's back, in a more stylish form, on Koala Inside.
